My story is simple...I am not your typical lawyer. And I am good with that.
I believe that business relationships should not be adversarial. I understand that your customers, employees and even your opportunities are your business and reputation. I know just how important good relationships are to achieving success and accomplishing goals. And that business owners often are faced with difficult risk/reward dilemmas. I also know that smart decision-making is critical to enjoying your hard work and success. Even in the best of situations, bad things can happen. There is a balance that can be achieved among protection, relationships and goals - my experience has taught me so. I am here to help you make that happen.
In order to help you, I put people first. Whether you're just starting a business (or even thinking of starting one), in need of internal contracts for your customers and employees, buying a business, selling a business, licensing technology, re-structuring, buying real estate or hiring employees, or if you're not sure what, if anything, you need, I can help. I want to help. Sometimes it's listening and sharing what I know. Sometimes it's putting you in touch with the right people. Sometimes it's drafting documents, facilitating deals, making things happen. Whatever it is, I will be effective, efficient and exceptional. I'm pretty sure you will be, too. People, first. Always.
